How we handle your story

Your submission, email address, and consent choices are stored in Netlify Forms for review by authorized Foundation staff. We use them to review your story and follow up with you; submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

You can ask to withdraw publication permission or request deletion by emailing twilliams@theolandusfoundation.org. If a story has already been published, we can remove it from our website, but copies shared or saved by others may remain.

This form is for sharing experiences and is not monitored for urgent requests or medical care.
